Digging this more now that Dudunsparce has been added.  Get Tinkaton out fast and draw a ton.  Dudunsparce is a nice replayable Draw 3.  Feel Buddy-Buddy Poffin works especially well here.  Neo Upper Energy was made for Tinkaton ex.  I like the direction this is going, but it may not be there yet.
