Don't you need a Feebas for Milotic?
Wouldn't it just be easier to evolve on the bench rather than use Zoroark?
Bat Breath the list is very old (before paldea evolved came out) and the justification behind zoroark was that it could allow you to get more tinkatons out or milotic
