This is a huge refinement from my original deck, but I've been having much more success. I'll post a detailed write-up when I am able.

This deck was built around disrupting/delaying the opponent, maximizing utility and customization, and providing numerous avenues for dealing damage. Tinkaton ex (Paldea Evolved) acts as the primary damage dealer. Gardevoir (Chilling Reign) pulls cards from the deck to increase Tink's damage,

I'm new to Pokemon TCG and I welcome any and all feedback.

This deck was built around disrupting/delaying the opponent, maximizing utility and customization, and providing numerous avenues for dealing damage. Tinkaton ex (Paldea Evolved) acts as the primary damage dealer. Gardevoir (Chilling Reign) pulls cards from the deck to increase Tink's damage, but also serves as backup damage in case Tink goes down. Mimikyu (Paldea Evolved), Klefki (Scarlet & Violet), and Radiant Jirachi (Silver Tempest) are early/mid game options for the active slot depending on the opponent's deck. Spiritomb (Paldea Evolved) sits on the bench if necessary. Milotic (Hidden Legends) ensures that your cards stay in your hand in the event you run into a Judge (Scarlet & Violet) or Iono (Paldea Evolved) abuser.

Priority of play is Gardevoir (Chilling Reign) followed by Tinkaton ex (Paldea Evolved), then Milotic (Hidden Legends). The active slot is usually occupied by whichever card makes sense. Ralts (Scarlet & Violet) is a great choice in a pinch because of Memory Skip. Depending on your first hand, you can almost entirely lock out your opponent with Klefki (Scarlet & Violet) in the active slot, Spiritomb (Paldea Evolved) on the bench, and Path to the Peak (Chilling Reign) as your stadium.

The Double Turbo Energy (Brilliant Stars) is usually reserved for Radiant Jirachi (Silver Tempest) or retreating. Make smart use of Jet Energy (Paldea Evolved) to save your Switch Cart (Astral Radiance)

The refinement kirlia seems better IMO. Drawing cards for just losing 10hp is good
