I have a few small suggestions that should be fairly cheap if you're playing on a budget, if you're interested in any of these.
Rare Candy (Pokémon GO) is a great addition to any deck using stage 2 pokemon. This card is the reason why you will see so many decks on this site running basics and stage 2s but no stage 1s. This does not mean you have to cut tinkatuff of course... you could always just try 4 tinkatink 2 tinkatuff and 2 tinkaton plus 2-3 rare candies.
Tinkaton ex's Big Hammer attack is really strong, and much easier to set up than pulverizing press. For any good attack that needs two colorless energies, Double Turbo Energy (Brilliant Stars) is a great inclusion. The -20 damage may seem like a large drawback, but it gets tinkaton attacking sooner, which will be more damage in the long run. Pulverizing press still has its uses, though, and you can't always find double turbo, so maybe use 4 double turbo energies and a few psychic energies.
Finally, I would have to agree with TitoBandito that there are draw options that are generally considered better than Nemona and Youngster. Some alternative to Nemona could be Ryme (Obsidian Flames) Avery (Chilling Reign) or Colress's Experiment (Lost Origin) since those all give you three cards or an equivelent. However, there is a downside to each of these cards, so Nemona can be a good choice if you want to be safe. As for Youngster, reseting your hand to five cards isn't all that good if you're using Tinkaton's big hammer, but if you don't want to rely on that attack then you're fine. A lot of people would probably suggest swapping Youngster for Iono (Paldea Evolved) but that's a 2-3 dollar card, and won't do much for you when you're ahead on prizes, so Youngster is likely your best bet.
