You can't use the v union without discarding the 4 pieces first so it's kinda useless but other than that it seems pretty good
Nice deck idea. A couple of suggestions though. Bede kinda sucks. I'd switch them out for some Giovanni's Charisma. Berry is also pretty bad, so maybe switch him out with Proffessor's Research, Marnie, or Iono. You might need some way of getting energy cards (especially when running multiple energy types), so maybe try Earthen Vessel (Paradox Rift) or Professor's Letter (XY). Gusting is pretty necessary, so I'd add Boss's Orders (Rebel Clash) or Counter Catcher (Crimson Invasion), or a mixture of both. Running 3 types of pokemon is a pain. I'd ditch the whole victini line and fire energy, which will give more room for energy of the other 2 types. Since this isn't only using Standard cards, you can use Battle Compressor Team Flare Gear (Phantom Forces) to get your V union cards in the discard pile. You might also want some search item cards like Ultra Ball (Scarlet & Violet) , Nest Ball (Scarlet & Violet) , Evolution Incense (Sword & Shield) , or even cards like Technical Machine: Evolution (Paradox Rift) to get the pokemon you need.
