This deck isn't perfect and has some issues with early game, so any feedback would be appreciated!

KingCarracosta You should probably add in a 2nd Boss's Orders along with Erika's Invitation for more Control and Lana's Aid for good recovery. Furthermore, your Arven count should be increased to 4 as it is quite nessecary to find the cards you need. You could probably add in 2 Professor's Researches in as well as getting more cards in hand can help thin your deck further to find the cards that you need. Maractus could be another good Pokémon to add in as well as the Corner Stall it has is quite helpful in the Early Game, and can make your Opponent take 60 Damage when KOing it, you should also add in 2 Rare Candies to be able to evolve into Carracosta much more efficiently along with 1 Relicanth in order to get Tirtouga's Ancient Seaweed Attack on Carracosta. 1-2 Jet Energies would also be quite helpful in this deck due to your Pokémon having High Retreat Costs. For cards you could cut, 1 Pokégear, Shaymin, 2 Water Energy, and probably 1 Iono (That's all I can come up with). Hope this can help!

LimeLemon Thanks for helping! I tested out your suggestions on PTCG Live and this is the list I found to work the best. Your advice was great and the deck works much better in the early game due to maractus and the Jet Energies.

Now this deck is good enough to play for my next league cup. Have a great day!

I went 1-2-1 in the League Cup so sadly no points :( . I won against a Gholdengo, lost against a Dragapult and tied with a Silveon control deck and a Tyranitar ex. It was short because there weren't many participants. (Sorry for late comment I was on holiday)
