**So i made some changes. Replaced the Dudunsparce engine for N's Zoroark, took out baby Wailord and went up 1 Wailord ex, took out the Articunos and Delibird. Took out Colress's Tenacity, added 2 Cyrano and 2 Air Balloon

With the addition of Misty's Vitality, this deck feels so much better to play. I did try a Cetitan ex build with Dewgong and Team Rocket's Spidops, but that took too much set up with little pay off. The idea here is to go second, Petrel for trolley if it isn't already in hand,

With the addition of Misty's Vitality, this deck feels so much better to play. I did try a Cetitan ex build with Dewgong and Team Rocket's Spidops, but that took too much set up with little pay off. The idea here is to go second, Petrel for trolley if it isn't already in hand, and if you have Delibird in the active you search for whatever piece you need. Next turn you'd ideally go for Misty's Vitality after evolving Wailmer/Cetoddle and doing whatever actions you'd need to do before using this card (If you play Misty's Vitality 1st then your turn will end). After that just attach the Heavy Baton to whichever pokemon you placed the energies to.

-Bubbly Energy is here mainly for Wailord, since its 2nd attack puts it to sleep afterwards, but you can also put it onto Cetitan ex since we do have Mega Darkrai w/ it's ability to OHKO any pokemon affected by special conditions (poison, sleep, burn, etc).

-Great Haul net is to grab energies and/or pokemon that are in the discard pile back into the deck (especially if you prize'd a few energies and need it for Misty's Vitality).

-I chose to run a 3 line of Surfing Beach since Cetitan has the option to discard a stadium for extra damage, but hopefully the opponent helps with placing stadiums of their own since I don't run switch in the deck and thing's start to become a bit sketchy if you run out of surfing beaches in the event they boss up any high retreat cost pokemon

The draw engine I chose for this is Dudunsparce, which i think is really the only functional one that can be used here. I do run a baby Wailord for the Crustle/Baby Sylveon match up, and it can KO Fezandipiti ex and Teal Mask Ogerpon ex (assuming they don't attach Growing energy to it) after transferring energies from baton pass + energy attachment for turn. Cards to consider are Counter gain for Cetitan if you want to conserve energy, Psyduck for Pultnoir (Dusknoir variant of Dragapult), maybe a Night Stretcher, and/or go up to 4 counts of Ultra Ball for discard fodder at end game to reduce the amount of useless cards you'd get after getting any form of Hand Disruption (Judge, Unfair Stamp, Red Card, etc).
