If you can get down early damage, set up Zoroark, if not set up Arceus. 
Always take out the energies when Arceus Vstar attacks, even if it is on its own, they can always be transferred to wyredeer later on. 
Use Volo to prevent a prize card, then bring out Ho-Oh. If you do lose a pokemon, use Pidgeot's 0 retreat to bring in wyredeer. Use Diancie to protect the bench when being Ho-Oh back out, if Ho-Oh
