Charizard decks typically run Pidgeot ex because it can take advantage of Rare Candy and provide a powerful search engine to make the deck fast, consistent, and powerful. It can replace Bibarel, but it doesn't have much synergy with the TM engine without a "good" Pigeotto (I am thinking of Air Mail). I'm not a huge fan of the Toedscruel tech (I'm a Chien-Pao player and lost a game once because I couldn't boss a toedscruel up), as it is 2 cards for just one matchup, but it's really good against Chien-Pao decks as it can either hard counter or force them to waste time, and will frustrate me if people start playing this more. PoGo Charmander is also better in my opinion, but this one is good too if you don't have that on hand (again this is just my opinion). If you ran Pidgeot instead of Bibarel, Jirachi would be mostly obsolete, which would free up bench and deck space. I'd also include Entei V as a starter and another FSS candidate. If you add Entei V, add another FSS. Overall it looks like a fun deck concept! I'll have to try it!
