Here is how to use it: try to begin with Raikou V or a pidgey on the active spot to get cards on your hand/or benched pokemons. You must wait (in general) before using forest Seal Stone. Be patient and wait to miss only 1 piece of the puzzle before using it to get out Pidgeot. Until then, set-up Raikou

Until then, set-up Raikou and when you get Pidgeot ex then you can start to really play with Toedscruel and 4 time weaknesses. (once again, this is "in general" this deck is make so you can adapt to the opponent and don't have to always follow the exact same technic).
