not a huge fan of Morty's Conviction (Temporal Forces)  or Iono (Paldea Evolved) in a tinkaton deck. Nemona (Paldean Fates) with Nemona's Backpack (Paldean Fates) is a lot more reliable to get cards consistently.

morty's has the issue that at best your hand size increases by 3(5-2 from discard and morty) and at worst by -2(if you can even play it if the opponent has no bench). I would usually run 1 iono because it can help in the beginning but later on you really do not want to lower your hand size that much.

Roxanne and cynthia are ok, but usually you want to get higher card counts than 6 or 8.

Arezu (Lost Origin) is just great for a dudunsparce draw engine and also helps you get tinkaton setup faster it usually also increases your hand size by 2(3-1 for playing arezu) and with dudunsparce you usually will get to draw the full 3 each time you play it as you shuffle them back into the deck.

I like the dunsparce draw engine its helpful for example when you get hit by iono, but I personally like a more psychic based approach with xatu as well to draw cards and it also makes Tulip (Paradox Rift) work well because you get up to 4 cards from discard including more drawing power or recycling your tinkaton's your hand grows by at least 0-3 (x-1 for playing tulip).

I like the Radiant Jirachi (Silver Tempest) I usually always go with the more psychic approach so I run a Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) to get through the deck faster and drop psychic energies to be picked up with tulip later to further fuel my energy acceleration with xatu, but for this deck the jirachi is of course the better pick.

Not a huge fan of manaphy because most decks in standard barely get bothered by it now. It does not block Dragapult ex (Twilight Masquerade) nor Munkidori (Twilight Masquerade) and also does not block Sableye (Lost Origin) if you happen to run into a lost box player, the only thing it really blocks that is run a lot is Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) and I had instances on PTCG Live before where it did not even block that, but that is just the game being bad.

Rabsca (Temporal Forces) is an option to block all but abilities, but as its an evolution I usually don't include it unless its a grass based deck.

All in all not a bad tinkaton deck, but I would make some adjustments because I prefer consistency in draw power.
