Great deck build! I started with one similar to this but ran into issues getting Torterra built up fast enough to do enough damage against more aggressive meta decks on the ladder. For me I went the route of having multiple attackers, using grotle more as a engine to fill up the board and torterra is more a bait mon to distract from other win cons, or by having a little stale while torterra/grotle builds in the back.
