Torterra Budget (wip)

a budget torterra deck aimed a bit towards newer players while still being able to hopefully hold its own in the competitive scene. the deck costs 16 bucks, mainly because gardevoir is over priced rn and boss orders is set as the holo version for pricing. the game strat is to try and swarm down basics and have jirachi in active to quickly set up alot of your pokemon engines like grotle gallade and gardevoir, gardevoir is good for draws and energy acceleration, gallade is to grab a supporter you

a budget torterra deck aimed a bit towards newer players while still being able to hopefully hold its own in the competitive scene. the deck costs 16 bucks, mainly because gardevoir is over priced rn and boss orders is set as the holo version for pricing. the game strat is to try and swarm down basics and have jirachi in active to quickly set up alot of your pokemon engines like grotle gallade and gardevoir, gardevoir is good for draws and energy acceleration, gallade is to grab a supporter you need like judge or roxanne (replace these with iono when you can) and grotle is basically needed and can get evolutions. arven is here to just grab rare candy and choice belt since torterra can only hit 300 damage choice belt lets it hit 330 agianst V pokemon and you start one shotting everything, rare candy speeds up your deck. against lost box you should try and get manaphy into play since you normally knockout with 250 damage unless its against giritina Vstar in which case you hit 280 with choice belt, i would like opinions or suggestions for this deck since i am still working on this and want this cheap deck to succeed, thank you and see you with my next wierd deck
