Shaymin VStar is in the deck but I didn't make this deck for myself, my friend plays torterra ex and I was building a version to help improve the consistency of the deck! The shaymin seems cuttable but I will suggest forest seal stone to him!

Oh wait I see what you mean now! I think it depends on the context of the game. Unless I already have every piece I need I will use forest seal stone, but using the VStar power could be situationally good if healing 120 matters
