I'd probably go for 2 2 Bidoof-Bibarel instread of Cinccino.
Maybe dump in a couple of Rare candy to speed up the Torterra but it's only 2 copies of him so I'm not sure, his attack do be decent tho. And might go for a 4 Quick Ball 2 Evo Incense 2 Ultra Ball since we have tons of ways to get Evolution pokemon. It's my personal preference tho.
