i did not make this deck up. however, it is really good. use weavile g to get toxicroak g, other toxicroak g, honchkrow g, and skuntank g on your bench. then either play galactic hq or, if you don't have it, retreat for honchkrow g and search for it. then you can poison with skuntank g while doing damage with psychic toxicroak g. once he gets ko'd bring up other toxicroak g to do more damage. use cyrus's conspiracy to get team galactic's inventions, energy, and more cyrus to repeat nex turn. All the cards come from platinum or platinum rising rivals, so it was a really good deck in 2009.
