Gameplan

- Attempt to quickly identify all of your opponent's win conditions

* Biggest threats are evolved non-V Pokemon that can KO your Pokemon. Inteleon (Sword & Shield), Galarian Weezing (Shiny Vault) , and Ambipom (Pokémon GO) to name a few.
* Non-V Attackers. Miltank (Astral Radiance) can't deal with that.
* Splash damage? Manaphy (Brilliant Stars) time.

- Extinguish as much of your opponent's retreat options as possible. If we can get something stuck up front, unable to attack with no ways out of the Active, they auto lose to Dredge Up Sandile (Vivid Voltage) on Ditto.

* Drag Off forces them to retreat or fuel a new attacker
* Crushing Hammer/ Yveltal (Celebrations) takes care of Energy
* Galar Mine (Rebel Clash) needs to be out almost all of the time
* Use Miltank and Eiscue/Ditto with Blockface to force them to retreat into something that can actually hit you
* Regieleki (Astral Radiance)/Ditto with Electromagnetic Sonar for more Boss/Hammers usually

- Draw a lot early, you want to go really fast when you set up and then slow the pace of the game afterwards.

* You can't* deck out because you run 1 Pal Pad, 2 Cyllene, 1 Team Yell's Cheer
* Use Cinccino a lot to get rid of things you don't need in certain matchups, discard Pokemon to use their attacks, discard Cyllene and Yell Cheer early game as they aren't particularly useful. I use Research frequently early game and honestly find myself using Venusaur less and less the more I direct the deck towards Gormandize/Research. Might swap Venusaur for another Snorlax/something else

- Discard your Basic Pokemon like Eiscue, Eleki, and Absol to use their attacks with Ditto

* If you must, start with a pokemon you'd like to discard. Let your opponent KO it, but if it gets stuck because they Rope or Boss you can also Scoop later.

Active Pokemon Suggestions

Ordered by highest priority to lowest

* Gormandize Snorlax (unless you have a hand for a strong early Miltank AND you are going second)
* Miltank (actually disgusting card)
* Absol (Drag Off is so good but I can't wait for Jynx)
* Yveltal/Eleki/Eiscue/Sandile all suck to start with, let opp KO or Scoop Up Net. Exceptions exist but are easily identifiable. (Eiscue vs Regis/LunaRock/Blissey)
* Minccino is alright if you're going for Call for Family turn 1, or if you have a Switch option.

Benched Pokemon Suggestions

Ordered by highest priority to lowest

* Radiant Venusaur should never be in the Active unless you have a gun to your head.
* Cinccino should probably never be in the active but I have had to take KOs with her before.
* Ditto should be benched until ready to strike.
* Manaphy should not be benched until you know your opp has splash. Your bench spaces are important!

List Changes

Honestly, this list needs to constantly update and adhere to your meta. This list in its current state makes people very sad on PTCGO Ladder, but I have yet to take it offline. I'll update with tournament results once I achieve some, but this is probably what I will play until rotation.

Currently Testing These Changes

- 1 Radiant Venusaur // + 1 Dark Energy
- 3 Aurora Energy // + 1 Dark Energy, 2 Water Energy

Closing Remarks

I just really wanted to play Ditto and I think Gyarados/Mad Party suck.

I've got a huge edit for this description in the works but my PC restarted while I was in the middle of it so I'm going back to coding for now :) be back with more destructive behavior

This deck is sick!

Played and won some. Then decked out as lost track of my Pal Pads and Cyllene spun double tails. Think I'm going to try it swapping 2 research for and extra Pal pad and a Peonia.

Nice work though, the pokemon choice is awesome with Ditto!
