I love the enthusiasem, Trust me when I say you will find a good balence in a janky Lugia deck, the main problem I see with this deck is that it has too many pokemon families that have no real reason to be there other than either you like them or their pretty, either way, you need to find cards that synergize, and i get it not wanting to follow the crowd, follow your heart and chose what you like, but if you want compettitive viablity your gonna want to take a serious look through cards and find what works best to suit your play style (note I spend several hours on this database building and rebuilding decks, and not following the crowd is how I build my most fun decks)
