I don't really know what tactic could be useful for this deck so I'll just say the most important pokemon for attacking and surporting.

The alolan executor and rowlet tag team GX is really useful. One of it's attacks doesn't cost any energy and you can use that attack to evole your pokemon on your bench. This is really useful because there are a couple of useful supporters in this deck.  Calming hurricane does 150 and heals 30 damage from that tag team. Tropical hour GX is a really great move.

It can do 200 and if you have 3 extra energy attached (any kind) you can shuffle all energy from all of your opponent's pokemon back into their deck.

For the other tag team, the espeon and deoxys tag team GX move,  cross division, is really useful too. You put 10 damage counters on your opponents pokemon in any way you like, and if you have at least 3 extra energy attached (any kind) you can put 20 damage counters on your opponents pokemon in any way you like.

The leavany card is a good supporter because all of your grass pokemon take 40 less damage (this ability is only once per turn)

Alolan marowark is a pretty good card with spirit break because you can discard the top card of your opponents deck. If you discard a pokemon, you do as much damage as the hp of that pokemon. This is really useful if you discard a Vmax pokemon and will make your opponent scared to add pokemon with high hp against your deck.

Dhelmise with sea creeper net is a easy way to get your tag teams on your bench.
