Decidueye and Shaymin can pair well, allowing snipes to low HP ex pokemon, especially those with HP range of 180-230.
Shaymin can also stall by sniping ex pokemon, through Boss's Orders + Gravity Gemstone, bringing a preferably heavy non-attacking pokemon to the front, and getting Shaymin to the front.
Lastly, Bloodmoon Ursaluna, pretty basic last attacker to finish off / KO a pokemon, usually used in the final minutes of the round.

Why I choose:

Bug Catching Set > Earthen Vessel
Too much energy in the deck so there's high probability you'd find a single energy in there + you can get Grass pokemon from it

Survival Brace > Hero's Cape
Survival Brace provides guaranteed survivability under the conditions that it is at full HP (unless affected by damaging special condition), while Hero's Cape is more against single-prizer decks, therefore it is still possible to get OHKO'd.

Shaymin
Shaymin has sniping potential, free retreat cost, and is within Buddy-Buddy Poffin range (70HP).

Potential combos with other cards:
Survival Brace + Panic Mask - Ensures you wouldn't take damage as you're very low.
Shaymin + Hisuian Decidueye - Deal 240 damage if you can get the opponent's damaged pokemon to the Active Spot.

Flaws:
No lost vacuum / Jamming tower - Can't jam/get rid of useful tools (Hero's Cape, Survival Brace, etc).
Heavily focused against ex - Can be weak to other single-prizer decks (no multi-KO, no extra prize takes, unable to snipe)

My thoughts:
I think this deck is pretty solid, it might be able to deal with the current meta decks maybe (has not been brought to any tourneys yet). A simple loop of discarding and recovering those energy for a big damage.

That's all! Feel free to leave your thoughts down below.
