Looks pretty strong. Icicle sole is quite the annoying move to face, but Bianca's Devotion might put a stop to it. Gardevoir ex's ability should work perfectly with Munkidori.

I don't think most people use it, opting to finish off with poison damage for a OHKO, but it seems mostly fine. The biggest problem with the deck currently is that it runs 3 energy types. Gardevoir ex seems like the main the main way of placing damage counters and psychic energy, but the deck does not seem to really make use of that energy. Still a cool deck though
