Deck Primer

This deck was designed to be a bit unique. At my local Pokémon league, I don't see many of these Pokémon getting played, and given their attacks and abilities, I think they should get a little more play. Any help to improve this deck is much appreciated.

To add onto the description. This deck isn't supposed to be crazy competitive; it's not going to be a meta. This is supposed to just be a fun deck that could be a fun first deck that helps teach many aspects of the TCG. It's also supposed to be something that you can just use to play against friends for fun. If you so choose, one of the rescue boards could be switched out with an ace spec like a max rod.
