I was laying using Gardevoir/Scream Tail and I had a pretty easy time or it, the whole point of this declnis to control your opponents damage and that something Scream Tail wants anyway. I remember I had a Tsareena down to 30 hp, and ended up KOing it with the Kirlia. Panic Mask is great, but I feel like you should run four even, to protect the Braviary as well. This might sound unnecessary, but Screaming Gardie mighactually be BDIF, so having a way to counter it may be important.
