Tsareena ex (Vanilluxe lock)

This is a very unique deck. A lot of cards in standard seem to be geared towards this strategy, namely Panic Mask, Toy Catcher and Vanilluxe, with cards that work seamlessly, like Devolution TM.

You main opening strategy is going to be to use Arven (Scarlet & Violet) to search for the Technical Machine: Evolution (Paradox Rift) and  Battle VIP Pass (Fusion Strike) on your first turn (going second, of course), in order to set up your bench quickly and start evolving or accelerating energy.

If you have trouble with the fast evolution and want to try more Steenee or Vanillish, feel free to. Past that, you want to use Irida (Astral Radiance) to search for Vanilluxe (Paradox Rift) and Tsareena ex (Paradox Rift) to evolve with Rare Candy (Pokémon GO) or otherwise and search for other cards.

Midgame strategy is to use icicle sole as much as possible and use Vanilluxe (Paradox Rift) to lock their pokemon and force them to use alternate attackers, and keep their bench full so that they cannot reset. If you have an issue with healing, another Dyna Tree Hill (Chilling Reign) is worth adding. Panic Mask (Lost Origin) seems redundant to include a full count of, so I included 2, but if you feel safer with four, you can include a full count. Mostly you want to build up a bench that's mostly safe, and if you don't feel safe with vanilluxe, you could use a Jirachi or a Manaphy, and just spam icicle sole. If you opponent lets you completely lock them until they run out of cards, feel free to do that. I've actually had that happen to me, and it's really effective if there's no way to heal or reset. However, some decks may start running a copy of Professor Turo's Scenario for just this reason, so be aware and make the most of every turn. Don't underestimate Hisuian Braviary (Silver Tempest) as well, due to its ability to sweep and entire playmat and instantly win with this deck, but it won't come up in every game.

I find this is a fun deck to play around with, and while it's not the most meta, or most efficient, it's worth a try.
