Deck Primer

Get Miltank or Aipom in active spot as soon as possible as they are great for buying time and fogging damage. This deck wants to go second since supporters are great for setting up Ho-oh.

Use Energy Search or Lady to get some early energies and use Nest Ball or Ultra Ball to find a Ho-oh. If your hand is already chock full of different energies and a Ho-oh, feel free to use Professors Research or Kamado to set up your discard pile and bring back Ho-oh with energies attached.

Miltank and Aipom buy you time to set up but can also be used to end the game, Miltank can spread damage to kill ability slaves on their bench and Ambipom can be a hard hitter if they have big boys.
