The turbo is definitely there but you really need 3 Palkia VSTAR to make it work. You don't have any pokemon retrieval cards like Rod or Klara, so when the Plkias get knocked out, you only have Suicune and Starmie, which can be underwhelming depending on what deck you play against. Just consider putting in a third Palkia. Maybe take out a sobble or something.
