Building this deck for my friend. Approx. 66.67% chance of starting mareep, which is optimal. Use Zeraora as a mix of raikou and radiant charizard after rayquaza gets knocked out, or you can just switch it in. Hyper potions keep rayquaza alive, and discarding electric energy isn't bad.

bench should consist of 3 flaaffy, 1 rayquaza VMAX, and radiant eternatus, while a Rayquaza VMAX should be active.

 

Needs suggestions, as i have identified lots of problems with this archetype.

- you go through your deck too fast

- rayquaza doesn't do enough damage

- both rayquaza vmax build up stacks of damage way to quickly and is easily double koed for game.

 

The deck is really fast though, and not easily shut down turn 2.
