Turbo Rotom V

Deck strategy: fast setup getting Pidgeot ex using forest seal stone to guarantee rare candy or Pidgeot, once you get Pidgeot get as many possible tools in the discard pile, and then use Rotom V attack to OHKO, Rotom V also provides turn 1 draw 3 what is always a good thing. In later game you can attack using cram or sableye. Played some games with it and super consistent and very fun to play. Research and Serena kinda best way to get tools to discard pile.
