Main Stratagy:

Set up your Miltanks and Sobbles first.

Use Ultra Ball heavily to discard V Unions to search for 1 of two things: Find Inteleon line, or if you have another discarding item (or Supporter) than search for another V union card.

Set up Frosmoths to accelerate energy.

Use inteleon line to search for discarding effects, or if you noticed that a V union is prized, search for peonia to grab a V Union ( Hisuian Heavy Ball (Astral Radiance) does not work

Use Intelon line to search for even more scoop up nets, an Earthen Seal Stone (Silver Tempest)  and find capacious buckets. NOTE: ONLY SEARCH FOR BUCKETS AND SEAL STONE IF YOU HAVE FROSMOTH AND ALL 4 UNIONS IN THE DISCARD!! Dont discard your hand which contains buckets and the stone

Create your Vunion and accelerate energy with frosmoth.

Attack with seal stone to reduce HP to 100

Hit with Twisting Shurikan to sweep bench

*NOTE* If you are facing a deck that can one shot Greninja, attach seal stone to empoleon and attack to then give Greninja the OHKO

I love this deck! I might recommend -1 Miltank and +1 (shady dealings, of course) Inteleon, but idk.
