Looks pretty streamlined! I would consider a couple VS Seeker and possible a couple Floatstones. You probably don't need Bede since your energy needs are very low and you may be able to benefit from Electropowers and Ultra Balls as well.

If your ultimate goal is to use its 2nd attack on your first turn, consider Max Elixir as well instead of just Bede.

thanks! the bede is for eevee so that u can get baby jolteon to use jolteon gx's second attack on first turn

Surge is useless in an Expanded deck so that opens up 2 cards right there. Zeraora GX would be more useful than 4 switch cards. You need some muscle in this deck. Hitting for 110 just won't get the job done.
