Massive Silvally fan here, so I love seeing decks made about it! If anything, I'd say that if you're going out of your way to run Bibarel, Silvally GX has the same ability, a good attack, and fits with your prevolution perfectly.
You also don't need to run so many energy cards! The thing about Silvally's memories is that they don't actually effect the type of energy required to use attacks, so you're best off using special energy cards that come with beneficial effects! Double Colourless Energy is also better than Double Turbo Energy in every way possible, so I'd replace that as well.
