It's United Wings, but we're playing a 3/3 Purrloin/Liepard line rather than the standard 3/3 Ralts/Kirlia line. Not only can Liepard actually attack, its typing allows us to hit Gardevoir, Mew and other Psychic pokemon for weakness. liepard also has 100hp, meaning it's harder for the opponent to snipe with Greninja, Sableye, Meowscarada, etc. The downside is that Liepard is not searchable with Level Ball, so there is at least one big reason not to do this, but the advantages outweigh the disadvantages

Aside from that, it's a fairly straightforward UW deck. Put Wings mon in the D-pile with Ultra Ball, Professor's Research, and Squawkabilly, then use Ditto to attack, or Wattrel/Murkrow to hit for weakness. Use Collapsed Stadium to put a Wings pokemon into your pile from your bench, or use it to remove Squakabilly from the bench to keep it from being targeted for an easy 2-prize KO.
