Get the most of the united wings pokemons exept 1-2 of each. Radiant tsareena is for some hael support. Spiritomb is here because we cant have more than 1 radiant pokemon (Jirachi). Path to the peak is becasue it will disable rule box pokemons so you have to chose Tsareena or path to the peak. When there are a card when you should discard something discard a United wings pokemon the rest of the cards are just basic. 

I also made this deck more themed because there are no V, Vmax, or ex.
