I would probably say this has a 99.99999999999999% win rate.

How it's done is you play first ticket, or start with Sableye, and go first.

You get Broken Time Space, (using the draw engine with Unown and Rescue Carrier) and evolve a single Porygon to Porygon2.

You get Sudowoodo, (which you don't really need, I just have three for an increased win rate.) so your opponent has a maximum of 4 benched Pokemon

You use Porygon2's ability on a Seeker, picking up your Porygon2 as your opponent returns one of their benched Pokemon.

Now that Porygon is back in the hand, you play it and evolve it using Broken Time Space.

You repeat this until your opponent has just their active, and then you attach a float stone to your active, get an Electrode GX on the bench, Use it's ability to get a Reversal Energy onto a Drifblim, and attack for the game.

Don't ask why Carmine is there, I just happened to click on it during the making of this deck.

Fun fact: Because they changed the way how the game works (you now decide who's going first before you can see your hand), First ticket does absolutely nothing now.

This deck is also far from optimized, so if your opponent is actually running an Unlimited deck, they'll still win. But let's face it--There aren't any unlimited tournaments at all, so it's not really worth getting into the nitty gritty of things.

CountyGibbon798 Ok, but how could you say that? You posted like 3 decks based on this lol

I know, but that's because the format has more or less been "solved." It's just down to these micro-optimizations that it's not worth adjusting a deck to be better since it's not already one of the best. It's like telling someone how to make their Greedent ex deck a World Champion contender. I doubt even my decks are optiomal lol.
