This is an unlimited deck with the goal of a FTK or (F)irst (T)urn (K)ill. Search for an unown and get it into the active. If you cannot immediately, that is fine. Then you just need to setup porygon-z and espeon and get either an enriching or draw energy onto any of you pokemon. Return it to your hand with espeon and repeat. If you have too many cards in the discard for unown to work, use Lysandre's trump card, which we run two of as it can be used by porygon-2. Broken Space Time is there to evolve

so this is a donk?

I can see why you think it is a donk deck, but that is a common misconseption. A donk deck is when you achieve a FTK (First Turn Kill) by removing all of your opponent's pokemon from the board, leading to them not having any benched pokemon to become the new active and you therefore win the game. This deck also aims for a FTK, but in a different way, unown's ability.
