You always want to start with Sableye in case you lose the coin flip, which is why you run 4 copies of it and as few copies as possible of the other basics. Broken Time-Space at 2 copies, you want to draw it asap but every extra copy later one becomes a brick. Scoop Up Cyclone as the Ace Spec instead of Computer Search because the deck is already consistent enough, but being able to use Porygon2's effect 5 times before having to shuffle the discard pile into the deck is very convenient.

Despite what it looks like, a bunch of these old trainers aren't items/supporters. That means that Junk Arm, Poke Drawer +, and Pokedex don't work with Clay, and Misty's Wrath and Professor Oak aren't compatible with Porygon2 and Sableye.
