So I wanted to add another card to this deck but was trying to figure out what to take out. I was like 'i should take out either tool scrapper or tool jammer' but couldnt decide which one.

Tool jammer helps if they attach a tool on their turn because it would already shut it down. Also if you KO a pokemon with a tool or retreat into one, it still has no effect

Tool scrapper can discard the tools so you dont have to take up the tool spot on your active and your opponent cant end the effect by discarding
