Experimental deck concept using Gyarados and Greninja V-Union as main attackers. Not actually tested as of writing.

Most of your searching comes from Quick Ball, Great Ball, Level Ball, and Hapu. Nothing in the deck searches for evolution Pokémon specifically, so you may want to add in Evolution Incense in place of Level Ball, but Level

Nothing in the deck searches for evolution Pokémon specifically, so you may want to add in Evolution Incense in place of Level Ball, but Level Ball does search more than half the Pokémon in the deck, including Magcargo. Nothing searches for Gyarados outside of just card draw and Great Ball, so you may want to change that.

Ball Guy or Apricorm maker might be better than Skyla, since you're mostly searching for Balls anyway.

If you find yourself with too many good cards in the discard, you may want to use Rescue Stretcher, Brock's Grit, or something similar.

Cynthia or Proffesor's Research would be a good alternative to Hapu or Sophocles if you don't like discarding that much.
