But it doesn't. Cherrim's text uses Vs and Gxs as examples of Rule Box pokemon. This would mean:
-All 2+ prizers (GX,EX, V, etc.)
-All Radiants
-Prism Pokemon
etc.
I tried attaching to Radiant Tsareena in a test deck in TCGO and couldn't

I think the Idea is cool but it looks bricky with Too many Pokemon
