Venusaur ex (151) to tank them all! aka Make Bulbasaur great again!

*with little help from Arceus VSTAR (Brilliant Stars), Serperior VSTAR (Silver Tempest) and Pidgeot ex (Obsidian Flames) 😊

Arceus VSTAR (Brilliant Stars) - card draw to evolve Pidgeot ex (Obsidian Flames) and attach Basic Grass Energy (Paldea Evolved) to Serperior VSTAR (Silver Tempest).

Serperior VSTAR (Silver Tempest) - to 1 shot Charizard ex (Obsidian Flames) and move Basic Grass Energy (Paldea Evolved) to Venusaur ex (151).

Pidgeot ex (Obsidian Flames) - Quick Search ftw!

Venusaur ex (151) - our raid boss of this deck! 340 HP makes him extremly difficoult target to kill, in addition he can heal each turn while is in Active Spot. Can make Charizard ex (Obsidian Flames) life much more difficult with Confuse or even 1 shot them having Supereffective Glasses (Astral Radiance) attached.

Medicham V (Evolving Skies) - can be useful in very rare situations to take additional turn.

Radiant Tsareena (Silver Tempest) - additional heal to support entire team.

Avery (Chilling Reign) to mess up oponents bench.

Collapsed Stadium (Lost Origin) - similar to Avery (Chilling Reign), plus can be used to discard our own damaged Pokemon.

Pal Pad (Scarlet & Violet) - to recycle Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) or Iono (Paldea Evolved)

That's all folks! Good luck and have fun!

If the only purpose of Serperior VSTAR is to OHKO Charizard, buut the rest of your deck is grass, why not just add some more Supereffective Glasses in its place? To search it out you could use a copy of Arven to get it and an extra item. Other than that, I just might use Leafeon V (Evolving Skies)  to accelerate slightly faster, but I really like this deck!

Thank you for your comment! I tested that with Leafeon V (Evolving Skies) as well and I was not fully convinced, however this is just my experience.

Serperior VSTAR (Silver Tempest) of course can one-hit Charizard ex (Obsidian Flames), and move energy to Venusaur ex (151). I did not found better energy generator for Venusaur ex yet 😕

I like your idea of Arven, what kind of extra item you could recommend?

TehAlu Serperior VSTAR doesn't really  generate energies, as you still need to attach them to it anyways. 3 energies isn't that hard of a number to hit, as one attachment + Gardenia's Vigor would get you the number you need to attack in one turn, so maybe add another one or two. Leafeon is good to use on the first turns of the game since you're usually not attacking anyways. In terms of Items, I don't think you need any others, as you have everything you'd really need from Arven, just some extra Supereffective glasses, or maybe Big Air Balloon if you really want to. Arven overall is nice to have, as it garantees a Battle VIP Pass if you go second, as well as a tool that you might want.
