Untested, but I bet it's funny to blow up Forretress and then get into counter catcher range. Dangerous Toxwhip will one-shot anyone not Darkness type with 180 HP with Radiant Sneasler because of the poison, and you get the confuse too which could be useful. Lilligant's V-Star power also lets you build an enormous bench when combined with a Precious Trolley and TM Evolution off of Arven.
