My idea is from a deck I saw a while ago that used Arceus + Serperior VSTAR to turbo Venusaur EX and with Radiant Sneasler kill Charizards in a turn.

You run for venusaurs as soon as possible with Pidgeot and Arceus and set Sneasler to 1HKO Charizard or be a pain to anything else.

Added Perilous for poison consistency in case Sneasler is in prize and to be even more painful with 50 poison dmg per turn.

Gardenia is key for this deck as it helps to find and turbo your venusaurs. I felt she was better

Idk about Loopy Lasso Venusaur, rarely it helped me but I couldn't think of another thing to add and I like the coin stress it gives my opponents
