So... this deck has a lot going on, i believe cutting the decidueye is the move along with leafeon. Add more support pokemon like fezendipiti ex, squakbilly ex, and maybe mew ex. I would cut the middle stages or add TM. Evo. You should not play bravery charm because it only works on basics. I would add Pecherunt ex to give you free retreat and it can also poison you. Venesaur ex is not the strongest but Meowscarada is pretty good. Maybe add some teal mask ogerpon exs along with energy switches as a draw engine and an energy attach engine

From my many experiences of using Venusaur ex, I'd recommend to remove Meowscarada line, Leafeon line, and Decideye line, along with binding mochi and bravery charm as they are useless. You should add in Fezandipiti ex and Teal Mask Ogerpon ex for draw support. I also would recommend to not use Pecharunt ex as it only works for Darkness Pokémon. I also recommend to remove a copy of Artazon for Grand Tree and in a TM: Evolution as well. Furthermore, I'd recommend you to look at other people's Venusaur decks and see what you can try as an inspiration.

I once ran into a variant of this on TCG Live, and it was DEADLY. So I have nothing other to say than great job. This obviously needs improvements, but it's a start.
