The game plan is simple. Get 6 Venusaur out into play as quickly as possible. The execution of that plan can vary greatly depending on your starting hand.

Ideally you have Bulbasaur in the Active spot and use the trainer cards at your disposal to start pulling out the rest of the team. Mainly Radiant Venusaur and the other Bulbasaurs. But having Venusaur V out early is always good. Using the Find A Friend attack to give yourself Ivysuar in the Active spot to continue finding more pokemon turn two.

In a perfect set up, you will unlock the Floral Scent Venusaur and the Jungle Totem Venusaur at the same time. Allowing you to contine your search AND play defense (or offense if you've found everyone).

Did you realize that there are no switch options in this deck? Do not fear! Just continue building up your Venusaur evolutions, but look for Jungle Totem Venusaur first, if they are not in your deck, that's tough luck.

Loopy Lasso Venusaur is lowest priority in your search, they are just this decks version of Boss's Orders that also packs a punch.

Floral Scent Venusaur is doubled in this deck for 2 reasons. Firstly, it is the essential find if no Ivysaur are in the Active spot by turn 2 and needs the increased odds of being in the deck. Secondly, because it should be the first one on the chopping block by turn 4 when the majority of the team should already be on the bench that sets up your Venusaur V or Vmax

Radiant Venusaur shines very early game for collecting more cards, but will become pretty useless once the team is on the bench, other than a stall attacker for your other pokemon.

Jungle Totem Venusaur is the glue that keeps this deck from falling apart. Without it, your experience will not be streamlined into a quick victory, but a slow battle of wits and determination.

This is definitely an ACE TRAINER deck. There are a bunch of moving parts that need to happen at once in the first 2 or 3 turns. Every playthrough will be different and require on the spot decision making for optimal plays. The formula for victory changes depending on your opening hand.
