Very Vulnerable F-On

Hisuian Arcanine has always been my pet deck, and as it is apporaching leaving Standard (and thus really the only format), I decided to refine it one last time. Unsure about ratios, butI'm fairly good about the card choices.

Before F-On, Peony was a match made in heaven for the deck. Now it seems significantly harder than just playing a single Supporter to get your hand empty. But I think Skwovet is a suitable engine in its place. We run a lot of cards that let us manipulate the top of our deck and

Before F-On, Peony was a match made in heaven for the deck. Now it seems significantly harder than just playing a single Supporter to get your hand empty. But I think Skwovet is a suitable engine in its place. We run a lot of cards that let us manipulate the top of our deck and pretend we have Magcargo from the good old days of Granbull. Ciphermaniac's Codebreaking obviously is our Supporer of choice, letting us set up not only what we pull off of Swovet, but also a gurenteed card for next turn. Acadmey at Night can do the same thing, but with a card from hand. Or even just blind Skwovet, and then put the card back on top if you can't play it. And I'm unsure of Deduction Kit yet, but with as many burnable cards as we play in the deck, you're bound to find at least ONE burnable one off the top three, right? If you can hit Cassiopeia off Academy or Deduction Kit, then you're doing really good.

A lot of the rest of the deck are designed to be burnable. If you can hit something off of Pokegear or Great Ball, awesome. If not, you can play them to empty your hand easily. I also feel Dusk Ball is going to be good for this deck since we'll be putting our hand to the bottom so much, and know what's one the bottom a lot. Gotta keep a low Supporter Count because you can't burn them from your hand easily.

Grant is the sorta secret sauce of the deck. Nobody expects it coming, and it helps shrink your hand. Real fun time.

I honestly prefer Astral Radiance Hisuian Growlith to Lost Origin. The 80 hp is nice, and Defensive Curl can save your game is you're forced to use it and it goes off. But due to Buddy Poffin, the 70 hp one it is
