This deck focuses on Victini's Max Victory attack, aiming to either pick up KOs against various supporting (or unevolved) Pokémon V or clean up Tag Teams that were brought in range by Rapidash's Libra Horn. Thanks to the Welder package, it can also surprise unsuspecting opponents with a well-timed Double Blaze GX or Burn GX.
