Made for a format where V and ex Battle Decks are upgraded and played against each other with the cover card (or its evolution) being the main attacker. Decks are made using one of the rotations the featured card was in. Victini ex can OHKO most V's like Victini VMAX while requiring one more energy and preventing it from attacking next turn. The Lost Zone Engine helps power up Victini ex while Cramorant can match up well into Victini V/VMAX.
