Deck Primer

This deck is my current build for Victini Vmax/Umbreon Vmax with Banette.

Your main attacker is depending on the matchup if you are going against Shadow Rider Calyrex or Suicune, you will need to use Umbreon.

For everyone else feel free to destroy them with Victini V.

The stadium of choice is Dyna Hill tree because if the pokemon get away, they cannot heal. also, you use it to get rid of the path.

The strategy is pretty simple, you will want to start with Victini V as the active. Umbreon and Shuppet

Umbreon and Shuppet need to be out on the first turn to guarantee either boss/ [Dark Signal] then Max victory. or a mixture of [Curse of devolution], [Dark Signal] into a Max Victory.

we run a 2-2 Banette line to make sure we can at least get one [Curse of Devolution] off if we really need it. again this is going to be for securing knockouts by Gusting them up or by setting up the damage on the active Vmax then gusting up something and devolve them into a ko.

One thing I did notice is that sometimes Marnie can be a hindrance especially if you have the next turn set up in your hand, but just remember that once you get the gust KO, you have all the momentum in your favor. If you really want to play mind games with them I suggest this play

if you damaged the opponent's Vmax last turn, you can [dark signal] an opponent's support V (Crobat, Kricketune, Eldegoss) then use [Curse of Devolution] to knock them out, and finish it off with Max victory for a 4 prize turn.

Another play you can use against Decidueye is to allow them to use all of their rare candies in order to get them on the field, and then you can gust in order to devolve them. now they are stuck with Rowlett on the field. usually, this takes a bunch of practice but it catches everyone off guard.

and last but not least to stall out a game if you start to whiff, just devolve your opponent's Vmax then Marnie to put their key piece on the bottom of the deck.

I have only played this deck in real life, and have not tried it on PTCGO due to Umbreons being super expensive. But I do have a budget version if you would like to try it out.
