Deck Primer

I reeeeally like Vikadactyl.  It's fun how flexible the deck can be, when it works.  In Tord's recent interview at Orlando, he remarks how all cards can basically be divided into "power" cards and "consistency" cards.  Inpired by this, I'm working on making the below list more consistency-oriented, hence the two stadiums, two Marnies, Pal Pad.  What else can I do to make the below list super consistent?
