The Vikavolt V deck focuses on using Vikavolt V's Paralyzing Bolt attack to do 50 damage and disable the opponent from using Item cards on their next turn. We run 4 Boss's Orders and 4 Galar Mine to try to stall the opponent out. Galar Mine makes both Active Pokemon Retreat Cost increase by 2. We run 1 Echoing Horn to grab a Pokemon from the opponent's discard pile and put it onto their Bench and use Boss's Orders to stall that Pokemon out.
